Medical concerns raised with our staff on the day of your jump will result in you being referred back to your doctor to have Form 115B signed and stamped. A rebook fee of £50 will also apply. It is your responsibility to be truthful on your medical history.
Skydiving is a weather-dependent activity, so waiting times are sometimes unavoidable. Please allow at least 3 hours from your arrival to complete your skydive. If you’re concerned about timing, just let our reception team know when you arrive and we’ll do our best to help. If you decide to leave before your jump, a £50 rebooking fee may apply. On the rare occasion that you haven’t jumped within 3 hours of your booked arrival time, don’t worry – you’ll be able to reschedule within 90 days at no extra cost.
Deposits and payments are completely non-refundable. The jump balance for part paid skydives (excluding jump for free) is due 10 days before your skydive date. Once the date of your jump is booked you are required to give a minimum of 28 days notice to change the date and an admin fee of £25 per person will be charged. If you wish to transfer your skydive to another person a fee of £25 will apply. Only first skydive bookings are eligible for transfer. If less than 28 days notice is given a £50 rebook fee will apply. Jumpers who do not show up on the day of their jump for any reason will incur a rebook fee of £50. Failure to attend or rebook within 12 months will result in loss of all money paid.
There is also the possibility of short notice cancellation due to weather, mechanical problems with our aircraft, staff illness or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Skydive South West Limited will not be liable for any costs such as travel or accommodation incurred by the participant in such circumstances.
If you are unable to make your descent after arrival on the day, you can simply rebook with Skydive South West Limited at no extra fee to a mutually agreed date within 90 days of each attempt (which may need to be repeated as many times as necessary to complete your first descent).
